Rachel Lattuca

Rachel's teaching style is warm, welcoming, and accessible to all levels. She believes that yoga is for everyone and is committed to creating a safe and supportive space for her students to have fun and explore their practice.

​

In her classes, Rachel emphasizes the importance of breath, alignment and mindfulness. She encourages her students to move with awareness and to connect with their bodies as well as their minds. 

​

Rachel has been practicing yoga for 11+ years and teaching for 8. Rachel has facilitated yoga retreats for the past 5 years locally in the high desert as well as internationally for the last 3 years.

Ashley Chavez

Ashley combines the wise sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to deliver an approachable and authentic practice. Her detailed instruction guides her students on an inner journey to explore the breadth of yoga through their own hearts, minds and bodies. Ashley has been teaching yoga and serving her community as a nutrition wellness educator since 2016. Her down-to-earth approach to health welcomes anyone to return to a state of wholeness.

Simon Ballard

Simon Ballard is a guide in Movement, Meditation, Sound, and Ceremony. A facilitator and co-facilitator in workshops, retreats, and lectures across the globe, Simon also works in festival production and Psilocybin Assisted Therapy.

​

His studies and influences include that of Tantrika, Shamanism, Paganism, Ayurveda, Vibrational Sound, Hypnosis, Intimate Communication, Indigenous Tribal Custom and Ritual, World Religion and Belief, Cultural Philosophy, Conscious Counseling, The Power of Myth and Folklore, and The Dao.

Sarah Warner

Sarah fell in love with yoga 20 years ago and decided to deepen her practice in 2019 when she completed her 200 hour teacher training. She taught yoga in London and picked up teaching again when she moved to Joshua Tree in 2022.

 

Yoga philosophy and inclusivity are an integral part of Sarah’s yoga practice and her focus lies in teaching awareness, balance and a mind-body connection. Her teaching style is a combination of several traditions and schools she has learnt from including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Trauma Informed Yoga.

Alex Maceda

Alex Maceda is a Filipina-American artist, writer and yoga teacher based in the desert of Joshua Tree, CA.  

​

She believes that with the right guidance and dedication - strength, flexibility, and self-knowledge are attainable for anyone via yoga and hopes to support each student's unique journeys via her classes. 

​

Alex has explored many spiritual, philosophical, and esoteric traditions and is most deeply rooted in shamanic and Tibetan Buddhist teachings. As an artist and seeker, she is most interested in divine inspiration via medial states: the practice of seeing beyond seeing.
