• Double Occupancy Villa – $2,500 per person (3 available)

• Triple Occupancy Villa – $2,000 per person (2 available)

Deposit & Payment Schedule:

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot. The deposit can be transferred or applied to another retreat within 1 calendar year.

• Payment plans are available upon request.

• Final balance is due by December 15, 2025.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel before October 15, 2025, 50% of your payment (minus deposit) will be refunded.

• After November 15, 2025, all payments are non-refundable.

• If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, we’ll refund your balance (minus deposit).

 

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Look for coverage that includes flight cancellations, trip interruptions, and medical care while abroad.

Flights & Arrival:

• Fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) on February 11, 2026.

• Please schedule your flight to arrive before 3:00 PM to join the group transfer to The Bohemian Resort.

• Departure flights should be booked for February 18, 2026 after 10:00 AM.​​​
